This information is used to contact You to confirm purchase or, if there is a need, for a resending logo package or sending customized or new version of logo.
When You place order for logo, Chillink saves information such as date, IP and e-mail address. This information is used only for security purposes.

You can request full or partial refund, as a buyer, in case You do not receive all required files (.AI, .JPEG, Font) after download of .zip package.
In case You are not satisfied with customized version of logo You can request partial refund (full refund of customization fee - USD $20).
If You do not receive link to download page or receive a broken link to Your e-mail address refund is not applicable if You priorly did not contact us and report problem or request package to be sent to Your e-mail address once again.
If design of fully custom logo version do not satisfy your needs, after 4 mockups, price You paid in advance (%50) is subject to full refund.
